Message	I ran a wire directly from my battery and connected the two wires in different combinations to 3 wires that I plugged into the 3 prongs on the fan connector. The fan would only turn very slowly; after turning about 1 revolution it would not turn anymore. Is my used replacement fan also bad? David G
